Description of Services:
Our
In-Home Recreation program provides individualized, one-to-one recreation
support for people living with dementia in their own home. Delivered by a
Therapeutic Recreation team member or trained volunteer, visits focus on
meaningful engagement, enjoyment, and well-being while offering care partners
valuable respite. Personalized recommendations and resources are provided to
support continued engagement at home
