Program matches an isolated older adult with a volunteer to foster companionship through face-to-face or over-the-phone conversation, activities, and shared interests

Volunteer Requirements:

1-2 hours per week
lead the planning of meeting times and dates
complete Tracking Sheet for monthly submission
