Referrals come from people themselves, Windsor Regional Employment Network, CMHA, ODSP, Ontario Works/Social Assistance Programs, families, health care professionals, schools, partner agencies, etc.

Eligibility / Target Population

Anyone who wants to work. People who have diverse abilities, any barrier to employment, and also for people who have no disabilities or no barriers to employment.

Description of Services:

Help people find jobs that match their desires and skills with planning, pre-employment training, job search and job coaching and job retention. Work with businesses to develop minimum wage (or higher) jobs, match people to those positions, and provide on-the-job training and support.
