Description of Services:
A group for caregivers seeking support, connection, and understanding as they care for someone with a life-limiting illness * learn about caregiving and community resources, enjoy activities, share experiences, and connect with others on a similar journey
Rotary Hospice can also offer a volunteer through our Visiting Hospice program to stay with your loved one while you attend the Caregiver Connection program

The 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at the Best Western Arden Park Hotel - 522 Ontario St, Stratford
