Description of Services:

Peer support and discussion for caregivers of people with Alzheimer's and related dementias, including family and friends * peer support for people with early onset dementia

Meetings:

Caregiver Support Groups

Petrolia Group: 3rd Fri of each month at 10am-12noon - Central Lambton Family Health Team, Petrolia
Forest Group: 4th Wed of each month at10am-11:30am - North Lambton Community Health Centre, Forest
Care Partners Virtual: 3rd Wed 2 - 4pm
Care Partner In-Person: 2nd Thurs from 12:30 - 2:30pm
Care Partner In-Person: 1st Wed from 10 - 12pm
Coping With Change: every Tues. for 6 weeks from 10:30 - 12:30pm
