Description of Services:
For people who are caring for a loved one with a life-limiting illness * caregivers are often looking for practical support, a safe place to share their experiences and emotions openly and an opportunity to take a break from their responsibilities and practice self care
Telephone Support: Individuals are matched with a trained, compassionate Hospice volunteer who can provide weekly supportive telephone calls, providing emotional support, companionship and conversation

The 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month
