Outpatient rehabilitation program for people recovering from cardiac events, or who may be at high risk for a cardiac event * services include:
- nutrition counselling and nutrition education classes
- exercise counselling and supervised exercise classes
- group stress management classes
- smoking cessation support
- heart health education
Healthcare team includes a physician, registered nurse, registered practical nurse, dietitian, social workers, and kinesiologist
Maintenance level of rehabilitative care for patients working to prevent functional decline/injury or maintain functional performance
