Eligibility / Target Population
Adults 18 years and older with a valid Ontario Health Card * must live in a community setting * must be able to leave home for at least three hours * must be amenable to a group setting * must be able to actively participate
Fees
Full Days: $33 per session (includes lunch)
Half Days: $25 per session

Description of Services:
Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults and people with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
  • wide range of therapeutic recreational activities
  • physiotherapy
  • occupational therapy
Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
