Description of Services:
In-person group exercise and fall prevention education classes for older adults and people with mobility challenges * aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls * specialty classes for Parkinson's, ABI/Stroke, MS and chronic pain * classes are offered at various locations throughout the community * virtual exercise programs are also available
