Adults 18 years and older, with a progressive life threatening illness for which curative treatment has ceased

Description of Services:
14-bed inpatient palliative care unit

Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team and addresses such areas as symptom control, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs

Facilities include quiet rooms * sleep chairs/cots are also available on a limited basis

Palliative Care Acute Consultation Service - Provided within the London Health Sciences Centre system
