Description of Services:
Psychological and emotional support for anticipatory, acute and chronic grief for people facing the challenge of a life-limiting illness

Trained volunteers are available the community, hospital and other care facilities to provide support for patients/families through an end-of-life journey * ongoing support and counselling for bereaved caregivers or people in the community struggling with grief
