Outpatient and inpatient education clinic supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes * registered nurse and dietitian on staff

Services offered:

Assessment, clinical monitoring and management
Weekly diabetes clinics with Dr. McLean, Endocrinologist
Assistive Devices Program (ADP) certified offering insulin pump therapy
Blood pressure and blood sugar checks
Self-referrals are accepted
Focus on prevention of complications and development of healthy lifestyle habits
Individual counselling for nutrition, weight management, pre-diabetes, and diabetes
Group education
Provision of blood sugar meters and education on their use
