Description of Services:


Includes activities to promote health and fitness, health screening and monitoring and overall personal wellness

Activities include:


  • Foot Care (appointment required)
  • Group fitness and in-home fitness classes of varying levels and types, including YOGA classes
  • Nordic poling, indoor walking club, pickleball, biking
  • Health Screening- fitness assessments, hearing clinics, diabetic screening, foot care, nutritional screening
  • Blood Pressure Clinic (cardiovascular health awareness program) - free
  • Clinic- local Lifelab clinic offered in partnership to serve the community’s needs * appointments are required
  • Reflexology Clinic
