Description of Services:


Fitness programs for seniors and people who can benefit from exercise * focuses on cardio-vascular conditioning, muscle strengthening, balance, flexibility training and falls prevention

Programs include:


  • Three levels of free Group Fitness Classes
  • In-Home Exercise - one on one
  • Indoor and outdoor walking program
  • Urban poling
  • Biking Club
  • Drum Fit
