Description of Services:
Facilitates timely and rapid access to ongoing mental health supports, services and treatment as deemed appropriate through consultation, recommendation, consumer feedback and consumer request
Referrals offered based on the identified barriers and needs * ongoing assistance may be needed in order to resolve ongoing difficulties before a referral is made * will arrange this support
