Community Centre for older adults

aqua fit
recreation (darts, various cards, 5-pin bowling)
fitness (yoga, zumba, exercise classes, belly dancing, line dancing, pilates and more)
choir
monthly members meals- the last Saturday of the month
Wednesday lunches
coffee & conversation - a great way to meet people

Foot care clinic runs the 2nd Thursday of the month, by appointment * become a member and receive a member discount * non- members are also welcome
