Nutrition consultations and services * services provided by a registered dietitian

Services include: 
  • community resources information (community gardens, food banks, meal programs)
  • food budgeting
  • healthy eating for students
  • healthy eating for adults
  • meal planning tips and recipes
  • one-on-one nutritional counselling
  • special diets information (gluten-free, heart health, healthy weight, vegetarian)
