Adults who are in hospital and have no discharge location, and require personal care support for activities of daily living * must be medically stable and not need intensive medical-type care * must be able to direct and participate in own care

Non-medical assistance for adults to manage the activities of daily living in an apartment setting * services are provided on a scheduled and "on-call" basis
