Description of Services:
Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a disease management, education, and exercise program for people with chronic lung disease. Objectives of the program are to improve symptom management and increase quality of life.

Services provided:
- medical evaluation, education, and support
- supervised therapeutic exercise
- smoking cessation support
- nutrition and weight management support
- spirometry (breathing test)
- 8 week self-management education program
- weekly exercise groups
