Description of Services:
Supports people living with chronic lung conditions by helping manage symptoms in order to breath better and improve overall quality of life * services include:
  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • asthma
  • restrictive lung diseases
  • post-COVID condition
  • smoking cessation
