Description of Services:
The peer support groups are designed to provide members with a safe and supportive space from which to explore and understand their grief. Groups run for 8 weeks and are offered in person.

Variety of groups offered for unique needs:
  • spousal loss
  • family loss
  • bereaved parents
  • bereavement walking group
  • next steps
