Eligibility / Target Population

Breast Cancer Screening: Mammogram between 40 to 74 years
Cervical Cancer Screening for anyone with a cervix 25 to 69 years
Colorectal Cancer Screening: At-home poop test for ages 50 to 74 years
Smoking Cessation and NRT: Adults 18 years and older

Free (with OHIP or Interim Federal Health Benefits)

Description of Services:

Mobile services providing cancer screening services in community locations * services include:

at-home colon tests (ages 50-74 years)
mammograms (ages 40-74 years as of October 8,2024)
cervical screening (ages 25-69 years)
smoking cessation and NRT (ages 18+)
