Description of Services:
Specialized care for children, youth, and adults who have experienced sexual assault in the past 12 days and/or recent domestic violence * services include:
  • examination and treatment of injuries
  • collection of forensic evidence
  • pregnancy testing and emergency contraceptive
  • testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections
  • HIV prevention medication and Hepatitis B vaccinations
  • counselling and referral to community resources
