personal care - support with activities of daily living and care companion activities
two hours to 24-hour care
one-to-one in-hospital, in-facility support
palliative care specialists
dementia specialists
daily personal call check-ins
transitional support - hospital to home, long-term care
continence products available for purchase and delivery
services also provided in assisted living communities, nursing homes, hospitals, hospice
care for people with special health care needs
