Description of Services:
Program offered in partnership with Peel Addiction Assessment and Referral Centre (PAARC), designed to support individuals experiencing complex substance use challenges. The program aims to improve health and social outcomes through the provision of stable housing, strong connections to community services, and individualized supports grounded in harm reduction and recovery-oriented practices
