Meals are nutritionally balanced, home-style meals prepared by dietitians specifically for seniors/diabetics and are easily cooked in the oven or microwave. Special diets including lactose free, gluten free, minced, and pureed meals are also available by request.

Bi-weekly meal orders are due by the first and third Wednesday of each month. Meals are available for curbside pick up at Family Service Kent on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Free front door delivery within Chatham-Kent is also available for those individuals and families who may have limited access to transportation.
