Fees

Day Program: $15 per day * $15-$17 additional fee for transportation
Overnight Respite: fees vary * call to confirm

Description of Services:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Day program for older adults who require some physical, social or emotional support to remain in the community

activity programs and games
blood pressure and weight monitoring
overnight respite available twice a week
whirlpool bath for a fee
light refreshments; lunch
transportation available through Adult Day Program

Stroke Rehabilitation Program - Provides stroke-specific rehabilitation to clients to maintain and build upon existing functional status * includes exercise room and bi-weekly therapeutic pool usage
