The West Lambton Community Health Centre (WLCHC), based in Sarnia, Ontario, is a community-governed, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of residents in Sarnia-Lambton. It offers a wide range of primary health care services through a multidisciplinary team including family physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and therapists. WLCHC provides numerous free health promotion and disease prevention programs accessible to all county residents, covering areas such as chronic disease management, diabetes education, mental health support, harm reduction, and wellness workshops. WLCHC operates as a site of the North Lambton Community Health Centre (NLCHC)—the lead organization based in Forest, Ontario. Alongside additional locations in Kettle Point, Watford, and Forest, WLCHC is committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued and supported.
