Description of Services:
133-bed long-term care home * residential care for 79 private rooms and 53 basic rooms * registered nurse 24-hour a day * pain and symptom management * access to a doctor and other health professionals * end-of-life care
Additional services and facilities * fees may apply for some of the services:
Northridge is divided into 5 distinct resident communities, which consist of no more than 29 residents * each resident community has its own dining room, kitchen, living room, den, sun room, and outdoor garden
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation and social programs
