Description of Services:

Provides support to people living with progressive, life-threatening illnesses and their loved ones

Services include:

Interdisciplinary approach to care planning including Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Registered Dietitians, Social Work and CCAC.
Nursing care delivered by specially trained nursing staffs who have undergone Comprehensive Advanced Palliative Care Education certification (CAPCE).
