Description of Services:
Cool aid cards contain medical information, such as emergency contacts and recent surgeries * card is placed on the fridge and assists paramedics in knowing more about you in the case of an emergency

Volunteers continue to follow-up with clients every 14 weeks to ensure the information remains up-to-date
