Eligibility / Target Population
Adults who are unable to complete routine household tasks due to cognitive impairment, physical disability, frailty, acute or chronic illness, or those recovering from surgery
Fees
Set fee * $24 per hour + milage for any errands * minimum visit is one hour and will be based upon an in-home needs assessment
